Wholesale Accounts
If you would like to sign up as a Wholesale Account to purchase products for resale, you can sign up using the information below. Normally, Wholesale Accounts are entitled to 50% off List Price unless otherwise negotiated.
To signup as a Wholesale Account please click on the Link below. You'll be asked to put in your name, email, and password.
Once you have registered an account with that information, then you'll need to login to your account at ThinqNano.com. Click on the image below to login to your account.
Once you have logged in to your account, update your Company Name and Address in your account. Once you have done that, please call 801-376-9717 to provide us with your State Tax ID number or email us your Sales Tax Exemption form for your state.
ThinqNano will then update your account to Approved Wholesale Account, mark it as a sales-tax free account, and give you a wholesale coupon code that will allow you order at your wholesale discount. Again, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to text or call at 801-376-9717 between 9 am and 4 pm Mountain Time.
ThinqNano reserces the right to decide if a company or individual is qualified for wholesale status.
Wholesale Shipping Policies:
These Policies apply to Wholesale Accounts that purchase ThinqNano Products directly from ThinqNano under their own Wholesale Account. Policies change or are updated from time to time and all orders and prices are subject to the most current policies and prices at time of order.
- Orders are fulfilled on a first in first out basis. Partial Order shipments may be made.
- All orders take one full business day to process before shipping
- If an order is not received by 3 pm MST that day it is considered the next business day.
- Orders over a net of $75 will be shipped free via the most economical ground service.
- Orders under a net of $75 will be charged shipping at whichever rate you select for that order.
- You may select and pay for a premium shipping rate for net orders over $75 if you wish.
- Each business location should have their own account. An order may only be shipped to one store location.
- Drop Ship services directly to customers is not a available.
Same Day Shipping/Rush Orders/Expedited Shipping:
A Rush Order must be received by 10:00 a.m. MT (Mountain Time) to go out same day assuming inventory available. We will notify you if there are any issues with an order and stock levels.
ThinqNano is not responsible or liable for Freight or Parcel Company not meeting their delivery schedules.
Returns: No returns to Cedar Bear without RMA
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained from ThinqNano before product may be returned to ThinqNano for any reason. Unauthorized merchandise returns (e.g. not accompanied with a RMA number) will not be eligible for product credit or refunds.
If product is returned for product quality issues, please detail product's problem in a written document accompanying the returned product for ThinqNano to investigate and review.
If product is being returned for product credit, replacement, or refund, the returned product must be received by ThinqNano unbroken and unopened and within expiration date to be accepted. No RMA or product credit will be issued for product that is past the expiration date on the label.
20% restocking fee will be applied, (unless product is returned for Product Quality Issues).
Wholesale Account is responsible for return shipping unless for Product Quality Issues.
Customer Returns to Wholesale Account:
Historically, store accounts report very few customer returns of ThinqNano products, but they do occasionally happen. For stores that have a money back guarantee to their retail customers, ThinqNano will give product credit (to be applied to a future order) for customer returns when the following information is provided:
Email CustomerService@thinqnano.com the Product Name, Size, Lot Number, Expiration Date, date and reason for customer return. Returns for PRODUCT QUALITY ISSUES must be returned to ThinqNano under RMA policy above.
Request for credit on Customer Returns must be received by ThinqNano within the month of the return.
Product Credit given for Customer Returns will be for the wholesale price that was paid for the product.
